Participants will gain practical skills and a strong understanding of ICD-10-AM and CHI - SBS standards, culminating in a workplace-preparedness module. Objectives By the end of this program, participants will: Identify the structure and organization of the ICD-10-AM and CHI - SBS. Apply conventions and instructions from ICD-10-AM and CHI - SBS.
